Qualifications • Work in the UC/VCS related industry more than 3 years as channel sales or sales position • Pursuit of excellence, self-motivation. Structured approach to work, excellent organization and prioritization skills is a must. • Strong commercial sense, good logical thinking • Excellent teamwork ability • Open to learn and grow • Fluent English ability • Willingness to travel. 工作职责: 1、销售计划管理:制定所负责区域的年度、季度销售计划; 2、市场开发:针对所负责区域制定市场开拓计划,负责维护整合现有渠道资源并进行二次拓展,同时开发新市场和新客户(二级渠道/代理商),建立合作关系并维护客情,有效拆解销售目标,完成销售计划; 3、客户管理:根据客户级别,定期和客户沟通市场和销售情况,负责与客户的业务谈判及成交; 4、产品定价、订单签订、项目跟踪、货款回收、信息搜集、团队管理等。 任职资格: 1、全日制本科及以上学历,英语听说读写熟练; 2、2年以上海外销售经验,了解渠道管理、代理商管理优先; 3、具备敏锐的市场洞察力和市场开拓能力,思维敏捷,能够深刻洞察客户痛点和需求,呈现有效解决方案以匹配客户战略; 4、沟通表达能力好,思维敏捷,抗压能力强; 5、能适应海外出差。(base杭州)
